MEET THE TEAM

Josh & Ali

We started married life with over $100,000 of student loan debt, working multiple low paying jobs and living paycheck to paycheck. We did everything we were “supposed” to do—go to college, get a degree and find our “dream jobs.” The problem was that our reality was far from a dream. We knew that we wanted to improve our financial situation- but didn’t know how. *CUE* Real Estate.

We took a hard left turn and made strategic moves to pay off our debt, invest in real estate and create the (at the time, terrifying) goal of financial independence.

We didn’t come from money, we weren’t handy people and quite honestly- we made A LOT of mistakes along the way. But together we stayed consistent and worked towards our unified goal and vision: to live life differently now so that we could live life differently in the future.

In less than 6 years, we are proud to say that we’re consumer debt free, own and manage 16 rental properties and are full time investors/entrepreneurs. What once felt absolutely impossible is now our daily reality. We get to spend each day at home, raising our beautiful daughter-together.

Chances are we aren’t so different- we remember what the beginning of our journey felt like. We were terrified of ruining our lives and felt so alone. All we wanted was someone to support us along the way that had been there. That’s why we created this community- to help people build their ideal life.

JoN & RHIANNA

We met in 2008 with absolutely no clue how to properly manage or invest money and had no idea about financial freedom. A few years into our relationship we realized we wanted much more out of life than working 5 to 6 days a week and living for the weekends. Oh, and 2 vacations a year was simply not enough for us.

Over the next decade, we worked extremely hard to increase our income. Jon owned several businesses and Rhianna became a CRNA. During this time, we invested in our education to learn more about budgeting and finances in general. From there, we diligently saved and invested into our retirement accounts allowing us to eventually reach financial stability, but we still didn’t feel “free.”

Then we found real estate. Over the last 8 years we have completed over 300 deals through various strategies including flipping, holding, lending, short-term rentals, and wholesaling which allowed us to reach financial freedom in our early 30s.

Now, we spend our time traveling the world as a family while our real estate investments fully fund our lifestyle. We don’t have to ask for time off or use our PTO. We simply go where we want, whenever we want and most importantly, we spend most of our time together, as a family, as it should be.

We found a passion for educating and helping others to do the same.
